Dynamic DNA...see it for yourself. Extract DNA from chromosome rich strawberries and see for yourself this amazing molecule of life. In an interactive workshop which supplies  DIY tools for visualising DNA, and a simple explanation and methodology which can be done at home or in the classroom, this gives a basic introduction to a valuable medical research technique.
